Seahive Cheese: A semi-firm, cow’s milk cheese rubbed with local honey and sea salt. A full-bodied cheese, it has a fruity, sweet undertone. 

Apple-Walnut Smoked Cheese: This cow’s milk cheese is cold-smoked in small batches using local Utah walnut wood and slices of red apple. It has a subtle sweet and nutty flavor with a hint of smoke.

Original Blue is a classic California blue cheese prized for its bold flavor with hints of sweet, fresh milk and tangy, peppery finish.

Toma is a semi-hard cheese with a creamy, butter flavor and a grassy, tangy finish that recalls the fields where the cattle graze on the Northern California coast.

White Cheddar has a rich, creamy texture and sweet, milky flavor with a pleasantly sharp edge.

Barely Buzzed Cheese is Aged for 7 months, this award-winning, buttery, semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is hand-rubbed with ground espresso and lavender to add an exotic nutty flavor.

Red Butte Hatch Cheese is a semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is flavored with roasted Hatch green chiles, then hand-rubbed with ground dried chiles and other spices for a rich, savory flavor.

Teahive Cheese a delicious semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is hand-rubbed with Earl Grey tea, which complements cheese’s naturally rich, buttery flavor with delicate floral notes.

Promontory is crafted using techniques similar to an Irish cheddar, this semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is rich and nutty, featuring special cheese cultures that impart pleasant fruity notes.
