Embedded in IZY Dining & Bar, CACHÉ is a pop culture Japanese bar serving modern and classic cocktails, spirits, sake and wine. CACHÉ, which means ‘hidden’ in French, is conceptualised based on its name. Concealed behind a camouflaged wall, this industrial-chic bar adorned with copper pipes is tucked away at the end of IZY. CACHÉ exudes a tactile experience with its pop culture figurines that line the leather and mirror panels. We were seated by the bar for the tasting menu, the cocktails were great showmanship.
IZY Dining & Bar is a pop culture modern Izakaya serving Japanese influenced Singapore fare. Embracing quality and mouthwatering perfection, IZY’s witty sensuality is translated into sharing plates of over-the-top character maki and sushi rolls. here they also prides themselves in their savoury signatures offering like the wagyu tomato sukiyaki and wagyu truffle don.

My personal favourite is the Truffle Coconut Somen and Wagyu don! There are plenty of familiar Singaporean dishes plated in the upscale format.

They are open for lunch, Friday (12pm – 2pm) and dinner (6pm – late) from Tuesday to Saturday. Make your reservation and go try their unique Izakaya experience!
