No visit to Hangzhou is complete without savoring Dongpo pork, the local specialty of unctuous belly pork sliced impossibly thin and served in its braising liquids with an assortment of Condiments and steamed rice flour buns. And Jin Sha 金沙厅 @ the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake is the place in Hangzhou for said dish, it is a tremendous life-changing gastronomic experience.
