Wine List Asia – Singapore

Casa Vinicola Sartori Vineyard was the introduction of the wine degustation. Special Thanks to Nicholas and Denise for the invite. We had a great time tasting their wines from Verona, Italy. Wine List Asia has a comprehensive catalog of more than 40 producers from all over Italy and 350 labels under their belt. They supply to all the top Italian restaurants around Singapore and has been in the business since 2018. The wine distributor Mario Zocca was very detail and share many moments of the wineries they represent.

Sartori, a noble wine devoted to Verona. The fascination with a history, the tight bond with a region, the power of a personality embodied in elegant wines that narrate the most intense of love stories: that of Sartori for Verona.

Our favorites are Bianco Veronese Marani 2018 from Sartori, its very good price and resemble some of Burgundy wines that I like but without breaking the bank. And of course the famed Amarone della Valpolicella 2015 which the highlight of the tasting. The rest are great house pour wine but the star of the show is definitely Amarone range.

The motto “di Verona” together with the noble presence of Can Grande della Scala that stand out in our logo, attest to our profound and indissoluble bond with the places, history, beauty and elegance of one of the most visited cities in the world. Sartori, as we like to say in the company, has always fought for Verona, focusing exclusively on the classic Veronese wines: Valpolicella, Soave, Bardolino, Bardolino Chiaretto.
