Masa Steak & Hamburg. Singapore

It’s not every day that you get the chance to talk about a restaurant that is so egregiously underestimated as MASA Steak & Hamburg. The setting was quiet and subdued, the service was almost as if you were staying at a friend’s house, but the cuisine was fantastic.

If you visit MASA, you must get their renowned hamburg steak; everything else on the menu pales in comparison. After all, it’s in their brand name.

A hamburg steak at MASA is succulent and wonderfully juicy, redefining what a hamburger steak should be. The hamburger steak, while not surprising at first look, was surprisingly springy; packed full of liquids, a river of flavor and beefiness oozes out upon first bite.

Consuming a dish this juicy and flavorful should be considered a crime. I am guilty as accused, and I would repeat this offense in the future.

Masa, bravo… Bravo

A meal at MASA should be simple, an agreeable glass of wine with a simple salad of fresh tomatoes and ricotta cheese, followed by the most incredible jaw-dropping, life-changing hamburg steak you’d ever experience.

“A meal at MASA will ruin your life, you will never have a better hamburg steak.”
