VEDA serves up feel-good vegetarian meals with the idea of always utilizing noble goods and treating them with love and care, as Hong Kong’s first vegetarian hotel restaurant. VEDA’s excellent food is complemented with unique all-Australian wines, classic cocktails, and coffee from Australian artisanal roasters Pablo & Rusty’s, as well as a menu designed by famous Australian chef Hetty McKinnon.
ICHU is the first restaurant in Asia for visionary chef Virgilio Martinez. Martinez’s in-depth understanding of his country’s vast biodiversity is reflected in the restaurant’s name, which is derived from a plant found in the Peruvian Andes that only thrives in severe conditions. ICHU, which is located in the center of Hong Kong and was created by award-winning designer Joyce Wang, aims to replicate the friendly atmosphere seen in local Lima eateries. Tosca di Angelo, a real Hong Kong dining institution, requires little introduction. Tosca di Angelo restaurant is a wonderful example of Italian fine dining in Kowloon, with its high ceilings, regal fountains, majestic chandeliers, and sweeping Hong Kong vistas. Diners engage on a gastronomic experience where Mediterranean-inspired food, fresh ingredients imported from Italy, and excellent wines are blended together with gourmets prepared by committed culinary specialists and individualized service given by the restaurant team. The food is made in harmony with nature and seasons, using the greatest cuts of meat, fish, veggies, and spices available.
4. Mr & Mrs Fox
On Mrs Fox’s menu, you’ll find handcrafted cocktails, shellfish, charcuterie, and small dishes to share. Mrs Fox also has her own keg room where artisan beer and draft wine may be served on tap throughout the restaurant. Mr Fox has a large menu that includes seafood and steak options, including prime cuts aged in-house in a specially built aging chamber.
The three floors of the restaurant each offer a unique experience, providing visitors with a friendly neighborhood setting in which to relax, eat, and unwind. The area is also ideal for private and business gatherings, as well as special occasions.

Corner 18 is a wide and genuine selection of Italian and international cuisine inspired by Executive Chef Cody Kui. The attentive service and comfortable atmosphere make an all-day eating destination, which is meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients. Cody is driven by a desire to offer his visitors a genuine flavor of the nation he has spent so much time studying and appreciating. He was trained in Italy and has decades of expertise making Italian food. Cody produces meals at Corner 18 that draw their flavors and ideas from the fresh fruit brought in daily from European markets. He was previously a European menu expert at The Hong Kong Club and Alto 88.
